Hello and welcome to first grade!

My name is Machelle Bryan and I am thrilled to be teaching first grade at Bradley Elementary. This is my third year in Fort Leavenworth and I can’t wait to begin!

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Baker University. While studying at Baker I also earned my conditional license in Special Education. I am currently studying for my masters degree in curriculum and instruction, also through Baker University. I have had the pleasure of working with preschool through third grade classes, and I am really happy to be in first grade again this year!

I grew up in Liberty, Missouri, but I currently live in Kansas City, Missouri with my 3 year old lab puppy. I enjoy spending time running and playing outside with him, but I also enjoy cooking and shopping in my free time.

Here at Bradley Elementary it is my mission is to provide a safe and creative environment to support positive exploration and learning; a place where students can build a foundation for being successful life long learners.
